The Managing Director, Sue Schultz (Rickard) operated a successful partnership in a building / development company, managing a design studio and a large portfolio of residential and commercial investment properties in Victoria. Sue relocated to Queensland in 1992, where after an initial settling in period she recommenced practice as an interior design consultant utilising the craft acquired from her previous experience. Bluewater Lodges will have a contemporary and functional style. There has been an emphasis on providing affordability and comfort in an eco-friendly environment.

Furniture and Fittings

The Bluewater Lodges are purchased with high quality furniture and fittings.   The developer has thought of everything with fittings and furniture specifically chosen to complement the resort setting. All lodges are purchased fully furnished with an extensive inventory of everything required for your personal use or holiday letting.

The kitchen is also fully equipped and is beautifully finished with 20 millimeter Caesar stone bench tops. The lodges will be comfortable in summer and winter as they have reverse cycle air conditioners to control your internal climate. Lodges also have an instant gas hot water system for efficient and cost effective hot water. Both wireless internet (8mb) and pay TV (Austar – 8 channels and pay per view options) will be accessible to all lodges in the development.


Ideally you would purchase this villa as a lifestyle investment property. This villa will be managed by the ‘Break Free’ group. It is their intention to manage all Bluewater Lodges at ‘Mantra’ level.
