Ausmar Homes started their business in 1993. As with most companies, the people behind an organisation are what leads to its success and Ausmar is no exception. Ausmar’s employees, sub-trades and suppliers are all long term locals and have been chosen and retained because of their professional approach to undertaking their respective tasks. |
| Ausmar is jointly owned by Tony Bryan and Tim Hendy. Tony is a qualified builder who started his apprenticeship in 1982. Tim is a Chartered Accountant with a love of the building industry. They have each worked in their respective industries all of their working lives, and their mixture of skills complements each other within the building industry.
The Housing Industry Association (HIA) recently awarded Ausmar “Australia’s Most Professional Builder”, an accolade that has never been won by a Sunshine Coast Builder. In addition to this they have been awarded the “Most Professional Builder of the Year” for the entire State of Queensland 3 years running. This now makes Ausmar Homes one of the most awarded builders in Queensland.
